Delete your SnapList AI account

You can delete your account and everything in it, from inside the app or by email.

In the app

Open SnapList AI and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
Confirm it is you if you are asked: sign in again with the same Apple or Google account, or enter your password if you use email sign-in.

Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@snaplistai.app from the email address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm the request. We will confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

Your items, photos, generated listings, edits and extracted attributes
Your daily usage records and any unused credits
Your account record in our database and your sign-in account
Your purchase profile at our purchase provider (RevenueCat)
On iPhone, your Sign in with Apple authorisation for the app is revoked

What is not deleted immediately

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you are not billed again. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
Analytics: events tied to your random account ID are deleted at our analytics provider, which can take up to 30 days.
Backups and logs: copies in backups and provider logs expire on their normal schedule, which we aim to keep to 30 days or less.

Just want to remove one item?

In History, press and hold an item and choose Delete. Its photos and listings are removed from our servers.
