Terms of service

Effective 29 October 2026. By creating an account or using the SnapList AI app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

SnapList AI is an app that turns photos of second-hand items into draft listing text for online marketplaces. SnapList AI writes text only. It does not log in to, post to, edit, bump, share or take any action on any marketplace, and it is not affiliated with Vinted, eBay, Depop, Poshmark, Mercari or any other marketplace. You copy the text and post it yourself.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address and password. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and at least 16 years old, or the minimum age in your country if higher. Please give us accurate information and do not share your account.

3. You are responsible for your listings

The listings are drafts. The app tries to state only what the label and photos support, shows chips for anything uncertain, and includes the flaws you tick, but it can be wrong. Before you post, check every listing for accuracy: brand, size, material, condition, flaws, measurements, authenticity and anything else a buyer relies on. You are solely responsible for what you publish and for following each marketplace’s rules, fees and policies. Rules change, and the limits and tips in the app and on our website are not guarantees.

The “price range to research” is a broad range based on general knowledge. It is not based on sold data, not a valuation and not advice. Do your own research before you set a price.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or prohibited items, or to deceive buyers.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone’s rights.
  • Do not try to overload, probe, reverse engineer or bypass limits or security of the service, or use automated means to generate listings beyond ordinary personal use.
  • Do not resell or share access to the service.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and listings. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display them, and to send them to our service providers (including AI processing), only to operate the service for you as described in our privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models. You can delete items or your account at any time.

6. Free plan, Pro and credits

  • Free: 5 listings per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC, with ads. One item is one listing regardless of how many marketplaces you select. Failed generations are not charged, and each item has up to three free re-generations.
  • Pro: a monthly auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple or Google. It removes ads, keeps your full history and allows unlimited listings under fair use. Very high sustained volume may be reviewed.
  • Credit pack: a one-time purchase of 50 listings that do not expire. Credits are used after your free daily listings. Ads are still shown.
  • Billing: prices are shown in the store and may include taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Subject to your legal rights, purchased credits are not refundable once used.
  • We may change prices or plans for future purchases and renewals, with notice where the stores require it.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but it may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party outages or reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that listings will be accurate, complete or error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that you will sell any item or achieve any price.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost sales, marketplace account actions, or losses caused by listings you chose to publish. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us through the stores in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
