What helps us help you

• The email address you signed in with, and whether you use iPhone or Android
• What you expected and what happened; a screenshot helps (please crop out anything private)
• For a purchase problem, the order number from Apple or Google

Common requests

• Delete my account and data: in the app go to Settings, then Delete account, or see account deletion.
• Refunds and cancellations: these are handled by the App Store or Google Play, see the FAQ.
• Privacy questions or data requests: read the privacy policy, then write to us at the address above.
• A marketplace rule looks wrong: tell us which marketplace and where you saw the current rule. We update our rule templates without an app release.
